Did not recieve order

Placed order for mothers day gifts and did not receive my items. Emailed and messaged with no reply. Got a refund through PayPal. Dissapointed and will not order again.

Terrible service!!

Having been customer for several years.. I was extremely disappointed with the service I received last month.My order was sent to a non existent address.. the first line of my new & correct address, combined with the town & postcode of an address I lived many years ago.I received a photo of my parcel left outside a door of I have no idea where, saying it had been delivered.Gorgeous shop were insistent that they had to speak to the courier company, blaming them & the current Covid situation for the error, whilst refusing to send my order to the correct address.Nearly 2 weeks later, after a lot of frustration & many emails (I was told I was unable to speak to a member of staff as they have no phone lines) I managed to get a new parcel sent to me - as a “good will gesture”!!Even more disappointing - by this time 2 of the products were supposedly out of stock so I had to go elsewhere anyway.

I do not recommend this company

Another 4 weeks on and I'm yet to receive a refund for a faulty product. I see now that cheap products equal disappointing service. This company clearly cares very little for their customers, but I'm happy to shop else where. Save your money and time and do the same.
